What is Repose Mind and Body?
What is Repose?
A state of rest or tranquility, an easeful presence.
When was the last time you experienced a wakeful rest, a state of tranquility? You're not alone if you said, "I can't remember when."
Many might say that in this day and age it's because of higher demands in the workplace, higher expectations in society, the media, etc. The thing is, humans have been chasing their tails (figuratively) for thousands of years. Why? Well, it's part of our human code. No matter where in the world or what century one was born, this lack of ease and wanting something more is a common experience.
So what do you do about it?
That's up to YOU! With Repose Mind and Body, the approach is to balance the doing and observing. Once the body can settle, then the mind can begin to settle, and when both come to ease, one can experience repose.
