Reach Tranquility

What is Repose?

A state of rest or tranquility, an easeful presence.

When was the last time you experienced a wakeful rest, a state of tranquility? Well, you're not alone if you said, "I can't remember when."

Many of us have fallen victim to the pressure in society to go-go-go, excusing ourself from a break because the task list is so long. Eventually this wears on the immune system caused by excessive stress on the nervous system, and potentially leads to illness or disease. At this point, nature takes over and forces rest upon us.

Is this the case for you? Do you only take time for yourself if you're unwell? Well, we're here to tell you it doesn't have to be that way. YOU deserve to experience Repose.

How To Experience Tranquility

There are hundreds of ways to experience tranquility, sometimes it can spontaneously occur on it's own.

With Repose Mind and Body, our approach is to encourage mindful movement, physically and within, to create a more balanced life.

By bringing care to the physical movement of the body and care to our inward thoughts, we can begin to establish a more peaceful place to live within our mind and body.

Mindful movement, meditation, and deep inner work all hold the key to promoting a peaceful presence.

How We Guide You To Repose

Mindful Movement

(beginner to intermediate)

Hatha/Vinyasa Yoga utilize focus of breath and movement to manifest strength, flexibility, and stamina.

Especially helps focus in the mind with the body.

Yin Yoga target the connective tissue in the body and bring improvement to joint health along with emotional balance.

To address this system, slow and long postures are held.

Yoga Nidra is a type of guided meditation through visualization and intention in an easeful posture to promote deep rest and relaxation.

It is said that a half hour of Nidra can be equivelent up to 4 hours of sleep.

Meditation

Guiding you to behind the scenes of the chitter-chatter of the mind that even the novice meditator experiences.

Even a short meditation can change the trajectory of your day!

ThetaHealing®
